Fattening process

The cattle fattening process starts with genetic screening, selecting high-quality Angus and Wagyu bloodlines, and scientifically feeding them on pollution-free natural pastures to ensure that the cattle gain 1.3-1.6 kilograms per day, and the quality of the cattle is guaranteed through health management. The slaughtering and processing uses standardized cutting and advanced packaging technology to ensure the quality and freshness of Snowflake beef. Full cold chain transportation and complete export procedures ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality fattened beef to customers.

The weight of fattened cattle has not only increased significantly, but the snowflake index has also reached a high level. According to preliminary project data, 20% reached the M2-3 level (average short-term grain-fed beef), 73% reached the M4-6 level (high-quality snowflake beef), and 7% reached the M7-9 level (top-quality snowflake beef).
